RES: The Glass Ceiling to Equity at Work

heather2A research project first presented at the annual INSNA conference, on the recruitment of top CEOs to endorse an initiative to increase the number of women executives.  This can obviously be visualised as a nomination network.  The data was collected by Heather McGregor and the group is called the 30% club.  It appears that peer pressure is the most effective recruitment strategy of top executives to this project.
